Appropriate Growth
- The lowest protein growing up milk in UK & I1-5 – studies suggest that excessive protein in early life is linked with rapid growth and higher risk of later obesity.6-7
- Omega 3&6† and iodine to help support normal growth.
Immunity
- Contains vitamin D which contributes to the normal functioning of baby’s immune system.8
- Contains 2’FL Human Milk Oligosaccharide (HMO*): Research suggests that infants fed an infant formula supplemented with 2’FL HMO* had immune markers closer to breast-fed infants9
2’FL is the most abundant oligosaccharide found in breast milk.10

How to open and prepare your toddler's drink – powder (800 g and 400 g)
While this product is made under strict hygienic conditions, it is not sterile. Failure to follow instructions on preparation and storage may make your toddler ill.
Pull the safety seal and open the lid. Lift the tab, pull on the foil seal, carefully and safely remove the seal and dispose of it. The scoop is provided under the foil seal.
Wash hands well.
Measure 180 ml (approx. 6 fl. oz.) of boiled cooled water into a clean beaker. Using only the scoop provided, add 6 scoops of powder, levelling off each scoop with the back of a clean dry knife. Replace lid on can.
Place a lid on the beaker and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. Cool beaker under cold running water or in a bowl or jug of cold water until lukewarm, do not immerse the lid. Test temperature by shaking a few drops onto the inside of your wrist.
Preparing your Toddler's drink – 1 litre liquid
Failure to follow instructions on preparation and storage may make your toddler ill.
Wash hands well and ensure your toddler's beaker is fully cleaned.
If carton is damaged in any way, do not use. Shake carton well and unscrew cap. Pour desired amount into a beaker. Replace plastic cap on carton. Add lid to beaker.
SMA® PRO Growing Up Milk can be fed at room temperature. If required to heat, stand filled beaker in warm water, do not immerse the lid.
If warmed, test temperature by shaking a few drops onto the inside of the wrist – milk should be lukewarm.
SMA® PRO Growing Up Milk 200 ml comes with a straw for young children to drink independently, however it is important for parents to always supervise their child when using a straw.
SMA® PRO Growing Up Milk 200 ml carton can be decanted into a beaker if preferred.

6 scoops of powder added to 180 ml (6 fl. oz. approx.) water makes 200 ml (7 fl. oz. approx.) milk drink. All toddlers have different nutritional needs, but after 12 months we recommend a child has around 400 ml of milk per day. You can feed a child up to 2 servings per day depending on their individual nutritional needs. Mix 1 scoop of powder to 30 ml (approx.1 fl. oz.) of water. Approx. 173 scoops per can. 1 scoop = 4.6 g.

All toddlers have different nutritional needs, but after 12 months we recommend a child has around 400 ml of milk per day. You can feed a child up to 2 servings a day depending on their individual nutritional needs.

Do not add extra powder or water to make the drinks stronger or weaker and do not press powder into scoop. Using too much or too little powder can make your toddler ill. |

We recommend preparing each milk drink in individual beakers when required. |

Made-up milk drink can be poured over cereals and mixed with food. |
